the future of business - decision by octopus? 12/07/2010
A phenomenon has emerged out of the World Cup which could change the way we do business! No longer will we have long, boring meetings or Skype conference calls to determine the outcome of a given situation - much more excitingly, we'll just ask Paul the octopus!
And given the copious death threats from fans of Holland, Germany and Argentina, it would seem likely that not only can Paul the octopus predict a result, he must also be able to influence it. Why else would he need protection from the Spanish government?! (Actually several bookmakers want to buy him - presumably to put him to work - so that's another good reason.)
Much better than 'heads or tails' me thinks. I'm putting in a bid now.
